Getting Started
How do I set up my DiagnoX device for the first time?
Setting up your DiagnoX device is simple. First, charge the device using the included wireless charger for at least 2 hours. Download the DiagnoX app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the guided setup process to pair your device via Bluetooth. The app will walk you through calibration and initial configuration.
What's included in the DiagnoX Complete Kit?
Your Complete Kit includes: DiagnoX monitoring device, wireless charging station, USB-C cable, quick start guide, warranty card, and access to the premium mobile app for one year. All items come in a premium carrying case.
Do I need a prescription to use DiagnoX?
DiagnoX is designed as a wellness device for personal glucose monitoring. While no prescription is required for purchase, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diabetes management routine.

Why won't my device connect to the app?
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device is charged. Try restarting both the app and your phone. If issues persist, reset the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then try pairing again. Make sure you're within 10 feet of the device.
How long does the battery last?
DiagnoX provides up to 12 hours of active monitoring on a single charge. With typical use (4-6 readings per day), the battery can last 3-5 days. The device automatically enters sleep mode when not in use to conserve battery.
How do I clean my DiagnoX device?
Wipe the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemicals. The sensor area can be cleaned with a dry cotton swab. Avoid getting moisture in the charging port.
What should I do if my device stops working?
First, ensure the device is charged. Try restarting by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Check for app updates. If problems persist, contact our support team at support@diagnox.com or use the in-app help feature. Your device is covered by a 2-year warranty.

How is my glucose data stored and protected?
All data is encrypted and stored securely in HIPAA-compliant cloud servers. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time. We never share personal health information with third parties without your explicit consent.
Can I share my data with my doctor?
Yes! The DiagnoX app generates comprehensive PDF reports that you can easily email to your healthcare provider. Reports include glucose trends, patterns, and statistics over any time period you choose.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is safely backed up to the cloud. Simply download the app on a new device and log in with your account credentials to restore all your historical data and settings.
